What Customer Success means is changing as rapidly as the platforms that consumers use to find content and products. On Friday 16 March, the panel “Balancing Global Customer Success with the Speed of Now! A conversation with Global Content Experts” will attempt to decipher what this means nowadays for global content.

Content experts from Marriott, Rotary and Rapid7 will join host Dave Ruane from Xplanation to discuss how managing this within a Continuous Delivery environment is both a challenge and an opportunity to shift to a higher gear. Content must still resonate with the audience, but now it also has to be updated and refreshed regularly, very often daily.
