The audit took place on Tuesday 14 September and was carried out by Inspecta, a leading provider of certification services. The process is similar to that of an ISO 9001 audit, but is solely focused on the translation industry. Building on the 2008 certification, it was noted that our quality management and resource management procedures, as well as our operational processes, have been further improved and automated, thus ensuring ongoing quality and consistency across all languages and domains.
